Terms & Conditions Eva Scolaro Talent Studio

  • All classes to be paid up front by Cash / Debit Card or Credit Card / Bank transfer.
  • Not accept payment by Paypall and Transfer wise.
  • Weekly payment is not accepted.
  • No Payment, no entry to class, unless on consent from Studio Manager in written format.
  • No refunds.
  • Carry forward classes considered in written format and will be approved by CFO in Head Office
  • Promotional packages have no carry forward classes.
  • Less than 10 weeks term packages have no carry forward classes applicable.
  • Promotional packages & special priced classes have no carry forward classes applicable.
  • A double discount/ promo doesn't apply.
  • Promotional/Special Priced carry forward classes terminology means ; missed classes are no able to redeemed in the future.
  • Uniform store purchases are non-refundable & no exchange on any one-piece item example: leotard and/or stockings/socks.
  • Cancelations must be in written form 24 hours before class time to be considered as a carry-forward class that will be pushed forward into a max period of 10 weeks ahead.
  • Carry forward classes are only considered on 10 weeks packs.
  • After 10 weeks the carry forward class is Void.
  • A maximum of 1 (one) reschedule, per package is granted in a term for non-promotional or special priced packages.
  • Credits can be carried forward into the following term.
  • Credits cannot be carried past the following term and will expire should they not be used in the consecutive term: meaning the term directly in front.
  • All classes for Kids for 10-week terms are listed on pricing page.
  • We request students sign up for 10 weeks as every term we have concert and the student must learn the performance.
  • Private classes range between 45min -1-hour session at Rp.450.000/student/class.
  • Private class are not eligible for discount.
  • Private class must be purchased as a package of 5 classes minimum = Rp.2.250.000
  • Private group class is max of 3 students = Rp 750.000 (divided across 3 student)
  • Private group class must be purchased as a package of 5 classes minimum = Rp.3.750.000.
  • Reschedule 3 days before class
  • Promo package = IDR 2.100 for 20 weeks = 10 classes x 2 (2 classes time per week of 2 styles = 20 x 105.000/ class)
  • Backpack & T-shirt not included on Promo Package
  • Example: You can choose Drama & Hip-Hop or any 2 classes you prefer
  • Must be used in the same term.
  • Non-transferrable to other students.
  • Per individual student only.
  • Missed classes are not granted as carry-forward.
  • Any and all promo packages have no allocation for carry forward or credit classes. should you not be able to attend a promo class this amount is void
  • Trial regular class is Rp 100.000/ student/ class.
  • Trial & Private class with Senior coach is Rp 650.000/ student/ class.
  • Trial & Private class with Main coach is Rp. 450.000 / student/ class.
  • Trial & Private class for groups is Rp. 750.000 / max 4 students / class (example: group of 4 students = 187,500 each student)
  • Trial classes are 1 time only in any style of class. After the trial student will enroll for the remaining weeks of term or advise otherwise.
  • If the studio cancels a class for any reason, we will offer a carry-forward class time.
  • DEPENDING ON PACKAGE >>>
  • Students may receive 1 backpack &/or 1 official T-shirt on their first initial sign-up based on the package they choose: pricing to see more.
  • Enrollment between less than 10 weeks receive no merchandise.
  • T-shirts and other uniform items are available for purchase and required for concert.
  • If T-shirt is apart of the package it remains in package.
  • If backpack is in the package and client already has we make deduction 150k.
  • Packages are non-Transferrable to other persons
  • Every end of term is a concert. The concert is a ticketed event off site, not at the studio. The studio chooses a professional staged location with sound, lighting, seating etc. for this event.
  • If students may be required to be in costume and the costume fee will be detailed to student’s parents/guardians prior.
  • Bali Broadway for 5 days (Monday – Friday)
  • Bali Broadway fees are non-refundable and must be paid up front
  • Studio Rental Fee is Rp 350.000 - Rp 450.000 /hour/ room
  • Payment must be paid up front
  • All proposal to use studio must be sent to [email protected] by the requesting client
  • We have an official photo/videographer who takes professional photo for use on our social media and marketing campaigns
  • By accepting the terms and condition you acknowledge you are aware of this and consent
  • We request to know the parents Instagram names so we can tag the parent in photos of their child
  • All photos are uploaded to our Facebook Page & Official instagram
  • All content on all platforms owned by or in affiliation with the Eva Scolaro Talent Studio, it's creation, medium and re-creation by the company is enduring property of PT. EVA SCOLARO ENTERTAINMENT and not be be recreated, re-produced in any way for commercial purposes
  • The Studio has Public Liability insurance
  • All students are required to have a signed or accepted the online waiver
  • We follow the procedure outlined by the Indonesian Government
  • Students & patrons are required to wear a mask & temperature check
  • We have a washbasin on every floor for students & patrons to wash their hands

**LATE PAYMENTS:

Payment of any invoice is due within 7 (seven) days of the date of being submitted. A late fee of 10% per month will be charged on any outstanding payment over 7 days.

  • ANY CANCELLATIONS CLOSER THAN 30 DAYS - NO REFUNDS/ PAID 50% OF ENGAGEMENT FEE

  • DISPUTES & COMPLAINTS TO BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING NOT LATER THAN 2 (TWO) DAYS AFTER THE EVENT TO BE CONSIDERED.

  • THE REQUEST FOR TALENT RIDER IS SIMPLE CARE MEASURES TO ENSURE THE COMFORT OF THE ARTISTS:

  • BATHROOM
  • AIR CONDITIONED
  • **FULL DETAILS ARE SPECIFIED ON THE RIDER FORM(S) WHICH MUST BE SIGNED BY EVENT PLANNERS OR EVENT OWNERS (EXAMPLE: BRIDE/GROOM TO SIGN OR EO)
  • YOUR TALENT/ENTERTAINERS ARE ONSITE FOR IN EXCESS OF 10-HOURS (FROM SOUNDCHECK TO END OF SHOWTIME)
  • RIDERS NOT SIGNED- NO SHOW/TALENT
